We are only doing a list of 10 or 25 for Christmas so we don't need such a long list as the other one. After we've finished we'll merge it so it'll be like we never had two threads going, but as we decided to do the Christmas one and we haven't even nearly finished the kids movies list so far then I thought it'll be cleaner and make sure the Christmas one is done but the family films one isn't forgotten! So start naming films. The obvious start would be : Nightmare Before Christmas Film Count : 1

The Grinch both animated and the Jim Carrey one. Hmmmmm...... I like both version of Jack Frost, the one where the kids dad turns into a Snowman and the one where there is a killer Snowman and as they are both Christmas films and we haven't said what age group we are aiming for I'm putting it on the list . Also Its a Wonderful Life or whatever the title is (a quick google tells me I'm right ) it is pretty much THE Christmas movie. Muppets Christmas Carol. Elf is a good film too love Will Ferral. And for me one of the most important ones, Home Alone and Home Alone 2. So in some sort of order that I could figure out. 1 = Hogfather 2 = Muppets 3 = Home Alone 4 = Grinch (Animated) 5 = Elf Then we have : 6 = Nightmare 7 = The Snowman 8 = Grinch (Live Action) 9 = Bad Santa 10 = Jack Frost Now seeing this blog will go out on Monday we have till Friday to argue which one we want where. Personally I'd put the Grinch (A) above Home Alone and that is about the only difference. Which does tend to go against how I originally voted but I kind of like the top three being Hogfather / Muppets / Grinch.

I'd have Hogfather lower but in a way I quite like the fact we've got it so high so keep it like that. Its hard I do actually like that order, its a little different from what you usually get.
