Yeah, what is wrong with it?
Some great acting, great actors in general and a nice premise. Played on morals, ending was a bit weak but other then that it was an interesting idea, wished it was a little longer so it could play on that and wished they'd mentioned the fact that in the episode before the Doctor basically sacrificed an evil person to save everyone else like he attempts to do in this episode.
I can't remember though whether I ended the episode thinking that Scarborough's character was evil, misguided or whatever. I know he was one of the scientist but didn't he think he was doing it for the good of his people? Yeah, that is usually the "excuse" given for lots of "evil" deeds but I can't remember if he was truly evil. Haven't seen it in a while (only one not taped onto my freeview box.)
