I personally can't tell you how much I love him as an actor, just the news he'd be in a movie was enough to make me want to watch it. Such a talented man who brought every performance to life. It was only Wednesday I was telling everyone how wonderful he was in Catching Fire, hell it was only yesterday I was telling people I think he's the greatest actor of our lifetimes! So under appreciated. Really taken too soon. RIP Philip.

So far Tom Hiddleston has said it best for me "unbearably sad". I went straight to the news sites hoping it was just another "twitter killing" as they call it but sadly it seems we have lost one of the greatest actors to live. RIP Philip Seymour Hoffman, thank you for all the wonderful stories you told us, I'm so sad we'll not see any more Gone too soon. I hope he finds peace and hope his family find the strength in their time of need.
