Both comebacks were different. Did Michael Schumachers comeback show that people shouldn't comeback? Or did Kimi prove that you could come back and still be as good as you once were? Is there a difference between their comebacks, is there anyone you'd like to see make a comeback and what impact does the return of drivers like Kimi and Michael have on the rest of the grid? And yes this was meant to be last week but when I logged in last week I thought we had a week to go, obviously I was wrong but didn't figure that out till later in the week and thought I might as well leave it for a week .

If someone left because they were upset with politics (Kimi) or just left out of a seat (Jaime, Adrian, Heikki etc) and stayed fresh then fair enough. Schumi had retired and not really done anything since leaving, I think he'd lost his edge whilst the others were/are fighting to prove they deserve to come back to the grid. If it was a little harder for Schumi to come back instead of wanting to and having someone say yeah why not he might have made a decent comeback. As it was he wasn't really race ready then tried to get race ready on track which didn't help. If I could have anyone back I'd love to see Montoya .

You have to still be race fit, you can't just pop out of retirement and want to race again. He was totally unprepared even with the little racing he had done (Schumi that is) that he was just wasting Mercedes time. He could have done so much more for them testing, advising or mentoring Rosberg. Instead they built a team around him and stagnated themselves. Raikkonen stayed racing in a proper series the whole time he was out of F1, it might not have been the same but he was race ready when he came back. There was no cobwebs or anything like that he was ready and he came back stronger than ever. Montoya would be fun but I'd like to see Speed back. He made me laugh!
