Do you see NuWho as it is called by some as part of Doctor Who or did it end at the end of the Classic series? Is one better than the other and would you rather not have one or the other? Give this discussion till next week and I'll start it off now! Why do we have to make the distinction? With the 50th now over people are bemoaning the fact it only covers the last 8 years of Who and not the whole 50 years.... But what does that really mean? Who is Who no matter what generation it was made in. Personally one of the bits of the 50th that didn't work was putting Baker in at the end, I was happy that it had its nods to the past that was enough. Some people are really dotty and seem to think that the post-2005 series isn't even real Doctor Who.... Just why?

I understand why people like to keep the two separate, if you don't like the more mainstream styling of the new series then you don't have to tarnish the name of your favourite thing. In a way. It might be a strange way of doing things but I see the reasoning behind it. Personally I like both but I can see the two very different styles and also see how very little has been done to bring the two styles together. Both have their strengths and weaknesses.
