I know what you mean.
The consequences seemed to be played out in her head a little but even though Peter tried to kill her after being brain washed she never really did anything to deserve Peter, yeah Peter might have remembered enough to remember he didn't care, but I would have liked to see her do something to deserve him. An actual real moment were she saw that she was in love with him.
I do like how she knew she was acting the way you thought she was, there was never any of that "I'm right because I'm the Mockingjay" crap. She didn't want to be the Mockingjay, and she never used that as her excuse for being human. She never embraced being special, she was selfish in her own way but tried to use her life to protect other people.
But the end of the trilogy was a dead squib!
